  • Leads the large-scale strategy and migration of internal IT support knowledge for 40,000+ associate enterprise.

    Strategizes the movement of all content into one siloed, web-based location for increased SEO and usability. Collaborates with nine product teams to create or update content to fill knowledge gaps. Partners with UX experts and product teams to manage and update new self-service websites and content.

    HIGHLIGHT: 2024 EOY data - improved content usage by 36.6%.

  • Provided microcopy to improve customer-facing interface as the dedicated UX writer for four cross-functional product teams.

    HIGHLIGHT: Created and introduced a content matrix for product teams without dedicated writers, reducing churn rate by 15%.

  • Drove ideation, usability testing, research, prototyping, and design improvement and ideas to improve user experiences for small businesses.

    HIGHLIGHT: Designed a mobile grocery solution for social good.

  • Oversaw the technical documentation and design of over 5,500 hours of training and style guide production (including visual media) in support of Special Operations Communications units.

  • Provided support to command staff for community of 9.5k service members and dependents.

    HIGHLIGHT: Completion of six communication improvement projects to audit impact of command staff communication channels, boosted engagement by 45%.

  • Supervised the production of 302 analytical products in support of military combat missions.

    HIGHLIGHT: Created the unit’s NGA-Writing Style and Guide Analytical Writing Course.

  • Administrative point of contact for band’s vocalist at NBC Studios fulfilling duties including estate, travel, and calendar management.

  • Balanced pricing/planning, commercial operations, marketing, and billing for $10 million+ in online revenue.
